

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 10 years of professional work experience.
Therapy:
I have experience working with individuals in regards to processing trauma, parenting, relationship dynamics, and behavioral modification. I take a strategic approach to therapy to identify problems areas within relationships, and personal goals. I work with individuals and families to take concrete steps towards symptom relief and goal attainment. I also work on identifying and working through cognitive processes that lead to undesired behavioral patterns. I provide an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared as individuals journey towards health and healing.
Applied Behavior Analysis:
I work with a wide array of individuals diagnosed with developmental and cognitive delays. My area of focus is Functional Independence in daily life. From environmental modification, homes skills, vocational skills, and general functioning within the community/social environment. I work with individuals and families to strengthen their skills, and acquire new skills so they can better care for themselves or loved ones as well as integrate into their community and social environments.
